If I'm like over analyzing I would say that it is possibly assault. I think it might be assault because her chin is like pulled back so she's not really engaging in the kiss. Also his hand on her hip looks tightened so it looks like he's grabbing her a bit hard. Also who holds someone's head like that for a kiss? But I think this is really easy to dismiss because it's hard to tell.
