Simplicity
This is simplicity because the objects fill the frame and there is no dead space. |
Rule of Thirds
This is rule of thirds because it lands on the top and bottom left side of the grid. |
Good Lighting and Focus
This is an example of Good Lighting and Focus because it is not blurry but focused and has good lighting. |
Emphasis on Foreground
This is Emphasis on Foreground because there is more ground than there is sky. |
Emphasis on Height and Distance
This is Emphasis on Height and Distance because there is more sky than there is ground. |
Leading Lines
This is an example of Leading Lines because the lines of the horn go throughout the whole image. |
Multiple Subjects
This is an example of Multiple Subjects because there is more than one object in the picture. |
Reflection Questions:
For this project, I was able to reach to goal just by asking a lot of questions, taking a lot of pictures so I had options, and just trying my best I guess. I think my strongest picture was the one of New York,
Emphasis on Foreground. I think it was the strongest because it looked pretty cool in my opinion, it is a good example of Emphasizing Foreground, and the editing makes it look better than all my other pictures. I think my weakest image was the one of this school, Emphasis on Height and Distance. I think it was the weakest image because there were cars in the parking lot so it was a bit distracting which, in a way, took away from the main point in the image. I also think it's the weakest image because it is a bit dark, but I did that so the sky is like the first thing you notice. I didn't take this picture for this class I just happened to take it a couple months ago but I would go out and actually take pictures if I could do this again. To improve the picture I would also try to get different angles or get closer to the sunset. I think my overall effort was pretty good because I took enough pictures in total and I think I met the requirements. I wouldn't really change anything if I did this again, except for the weak image.

I think your project was good, but next time I think you should take photos that have more going on rather than simple objects.
